New Day, New Start

Hi everyone,

I know it has been a LONG time since I posted, but I am back on track. I will try to post daily I have started Weight Watchers and tonight is my second weigh in. I started at 257.6 and last Monday I was at 253.6. I lost 4 pounds!!!

So what I have decided to do is post my menu on here for the day and comment if they made me feel full or left me empty and also what that weight loss is for the week. Between that and daily exercise, I will be able to see where my good weeks vs bad weeks are and eventually eliminate the bad weeks.

Sound good? So look for my menu and daily activity to post soon and hopefully this blog will become big and inspire others to follow with me.
